Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer global shipping. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your country.
How long does shipping take?
TOrders are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

Are your bracelets handmade?
Yes. Each bracelet is handcrafted using natural stones, wood, or crystal materials. Slight variations in color or texture are part of their uniqueness and spiritual authenticity.
Can I personalize my bracelet?
Absolutely. We offer customizations based on your Bazi (Four Pillars) chart and elemental needs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because our bracelets are spiritual in nature and handmade with intention, we do not accept returns on gold-based jewelry, personalized items, or digital services (such as Bazi readings).
However, for other physical items, you may return unused, undamaged products within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer refunds for digital services?
Completed readings and virtual services are non-refundable. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us—we’re happy to review and clarify.

How are readings delivered?
You’ll receive a detailed PDF by email within 3–5 business days.
Are the readings AI-generated?
No. All readings are personally interpreted and written by a professional Bazi practitioner with years of study in classical texts.
