How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a string) around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Mark the length where the tape or string overlaps.
- Measure the marked length using a ruler.
- Add 0.2"–0.4" (0.5–1 cm) for a comfortable fit.
Tip: If you're buying as a gift or unsure about sizing, choose Medium (M), which fits most people.
