At EasternKarma, our goal is your complete satisfaction — both spiritually and practically. We respectfully ask for your understanding that many of our offerings are handcrafted, customized, or energetically attuned, and therefore not eligible for unconditional returns.

However, we do offer limited return options for select physical items under the conditions outlined below.

🔒 Return Eligibility Policy

Returns will only be accepted, and a refund or store credit issued, if all of the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original, unused condition as shipped.
You must notify us of your intention to return within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The returned item(s) must be received by us within 12 calendar days of the delivery date.
The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
The item must be safely packaged, and we recommend insurance and tracking for your protection.

If the return does not meet the conditions above, the item will be sent back to you without refund or credit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Personalized or made-to-order items (e.g. Bazi-customized bracelets)
Digital services (e.g. Bazi reports, metaphysical consultations)
Gold-based jewelry or limited spiritual items consecrated with ritual
Any item that has been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Each item we offer is infused with intention and crafted with care. Some items carry personal energy or have been aligned to your unique destiny chart. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding and mindfulness when making a purchase.
