SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Eastern Karma, its affiliates, and personnel from claims/demands (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or third-party rights infringement.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any Term provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the invalid portion will be severed without affecting other provisions.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
Obligations incurred before termination survive termination. These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing Site use.
We may terminate for non-compliance without notice. You remain liable for amounts due, and we may deny Service access.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any Term provision does not waive that right. These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.
